Little Black Dress Finished Front

This is a front detail shot of the "Little Black Dress" project. I spend 21 hours getting this dress to look like this. I used my jewelry connectors, crystal and jewelers wire to make this.

White Crochet Tunic Top Pendant Shot

This is just a detail shot of the main pendant piece as the center of the overall design. It's done with aged copper toned jewelry connectors. Fresh water pearls (sizes from 6mmX4mm to 8mmX10mm) and aged copper toned delicate chain sewn on all along the neck line.

This is where it all began. Not only for the dress, but for me. This is my first piece for my newest creative direction.

It all happened when I took a break from making my jewelry. I knew that I had some clothes that

needed some fixing. As I went thru my items, I noticed that I have so much clothes that

have been in my closet untouched & unloved for a long time.

So, behold my creative squirrel was let loose and decided to "upcycle" my unworn clothes.

What I made are tops and dresses and now take on a life of it's own and look far more richer then what

I could ever afford. Now, I get to look forward to a whole new & inspiring direction for me as an artist.
